Shipping Policy 



Free Shipping is available for orders over 79.99 CAD to Ontario and Quebec, as well as for orders exceeding 199.99 CAD in the rest of Canada, with the exception of Remote Regions.  Similarly, orders over 99.99 USD in the USA also qualify for free shipping, excluding Remote Regions. Many of our customers take advantage of this by ordering in larger quantities to enjoy free shipping in addition to the multi-pack discounts

We process orders between Monday and Friday. All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. In most cases, orders get shipped the next business day. after the date that the order was placed. Please reach out to us if you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 10 business days of placing your order.

If you need your order faster then please select the "Express Shipping" option during checkout, and your order will be shipped using expedited shipping.

 

 

If you need to make any changes to your order please email info@Qplushome.com within 12 hours of making your purchase with the subject line of this email must-read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' and our team will get back to you shortly. Please note that if you wish to cancel your order after it has already been processed, a cancellation fee might apply depending on the item(s).

Approximate shipping time:

We ship all orders within 1 business day and most of our orders have a delivery timeline of 2-9 days in most of the metro regions and 4-10 days in other areas within Canada.

Important Notice: The above shipping time is an estimation, and the shipping time will vary based on the item, availability, the volume of orders, as well as the destination.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Note that if the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, Qplus Home reserves the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped. If the customer wishes to get a refund on the returned parcel due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, Qplus Home reserves the right to deduct the initial shipping/handling costs from the total refund amount. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where your delivery can be collected or re-delivered. Once a package is marked as delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier if the parcel is not received.
